Simple, controlled, and approval-based
Dive shops can request slots, while authorized administrators review, approve, and generate daily dive manifests for field checking.
Check Availability
Dive shops can view available dive dates, dive sites, and remaining daily slot capacity.
Submit Booking
Shops select the dive date, dive site, boat, dive master, and number of guests for approval.
Admin Approval
A system administrator reviews pending requests and approves, rejects, or creates bookings on behalf of dive shops.
Daily Manifest
Approved dives are compiled into a daily list for checkers and operational monitoring.
Configurable slot limits per day and per dive site
The system supports a configurable total daily slot limit, currently designed around 300 total dive slots across all dive sites. Each dive site can also have its own daily limit.
